About the role
Minutes Quick Services is seeking organized professionals for various warehouse operations positions in Dubai. Candidates with relevant UAE experience and the ability to join immediately are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory documentation.
- Prepare and update Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Monitor stock levels, verify inventory quantities and report discrepancies.
- Support warehouse organization and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure efficient operations.
Required profile
- Relevant UAE work experience in the applied position.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Required skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Experience with MIS reporting and record‑keeping processes.
