Operations Manager

About the role

Rahaf & Ali Trading LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities, improve efficiency and ensure smooth workflow across departments as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure operational targets are met.
• Develop and implement operating policies and procedures (SOPs).
• Manage supply chain, warehousing, shipping, delivery and post‑sale customer experience.
• Coordinate across procurement, sales, e‑commerce, finance and customer service.
• Track and analyse KPIs, drive improvement actions and control the operations budget.
• Manage relationships with logistics and operational vendors.
• Lead, develop and evaluate operational teams, reporting regularly to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in retail, e‑commerce or logistics is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English and currently residing in the UAE.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using project management tools.
