MYP Inclusion Teacher - Maternity Cover (Feb 2027)

About the role

GEMS World Academy-Dubai (GWA), a private IB World School for PreK to Grade 12, is looking for an MYP Inclusion Maternity Cover Teacher to join its Inclusion department starting February 2027. The Inclusion department is described as a collaborative team with a strong support system, known for the care and personal support it offers students.

Required profile

• A certified professional teaching qualification at degree level, such as B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or an equivalent specialism in working with children with special needs.
• At least 3 years of varied, demonstrable experience in inclusion, in primary and secondary schools, ideally within an IB curriculum school (not mandatory).
• Extensive experience of the IBDP and a proven track record of successful and varied teaching.
• Genuine alignment with the IB philosophy and the Learner Profile, and a passion for working in a diverse community.
• Already located in the UAE with your own visa; only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
