Nail & Eyelash Trainer for Beauty Institute

About the role

Riva Institute of Aesthetics is seeking a passionate and experienced Nail & Eyelash Trainer to deliver high‑quality, hands‑on training to aspiring beauty professionals. You will lead both theory and practical sessions, ensuring students gain industry‑ready skills in nail and lash technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional training in manicure, pedicure, gel polish, acrylic and gel nail extensions, nail art, and nail health & safety.
• Teach classic, Russian volume, hybrid lash extensions, lash lifting & tinting, lash mapping, and after‑care techniques.
• Prepare lesson plans, demonstrations, and learning materials for each module.
• Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain attendance and progress records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and infection‑control standards in the training environment.
• Participate in open days, workshops, and promotional activities to showcase the institute.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in nail technology and eyelash extensions.
• Previous training or teaching experience preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• International certifications (e.g., CIBTAC, ITEC, VCTC, CIDESCO, KHD) or equivalent recognized qualifications.
