National Graduate Training Programme – Emiratisation

About the role

The National Graduate Training Programme is a structured 18‑ to 24‑month development journey for recent UAE graduates who want to start a career in aviation. Participants will gain hands‑on experience across multiple business areas of the Emirates Group, work alongside senior leaders, and travel internationally as part of the learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through selected departments such as Corporate Services, Commercial, Airline & Airport Operations, or dnata.
• Support senior leadership teams on strategic projects and daily operations.
• Attend leading training courses and obtain relevant qualifications.
• Contribute to real‑world business initiatives and deliver project outcomes.
• Build a professional network within the aviation industry.

Required profile

• UAE passport holder (Emiratisation).
• Age up to 27 years.
• Bachelor’s degree from a university accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education, any major.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
• Up to 1 year of work experience.
• English fluency – IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 550 required.
