NICU/PICU Trained Pediatric Nurse

About the role

Bloom Plus Poly Clinic LLC is seeking a NICU/PICU trained Pediatric Nurse to join its boutique multi‑specialty centre in International City, Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality nursing care to neonates and children, with a strong emphasis on IV therapy and family‑centered support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates and pediatric patients.
• Establish and maintain intravenous lines in newborns and children safely and comfortably.
• Monitor vital signs, clinical conditions, and response to treatments.
• Administer medications and therapies according to physician orders.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to create individualized care plans.
• Educate families on treatment plans and care practices.
• Participate in training, quality improvement, and continuing education initiatives.

Required profile

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) minimum.
• Valid DHA license in Dubai or eligibility for licensure.
• At least 1 year of NICU/PICU experience.
• Proficiency in IV therapy for neonatal and pediatric populations.
• BLS certification (required); PALS and NRP preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to act in emergencies.
