Night Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Key responsibilities

• Lead the hotel’s overnight operation as Manager on Duty, ensuring business continuity, guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Make operational decisions, own issues arising during the night and escalate to the appropriate HOD or General Manager when required.
• Monitor hotel performance, take corrective action to maintain Hilton Brand Standards and operational targets.
• Oversee guest satisfaction and service recovery, handling complaints, feedback and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Review and control the Night Audit process, daily revenue, cash handling and operational reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct management inspections to ensure standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, security and guest areas are consistently maintained.
• Lead response to emergencies and incidents, ensuring appropriate action, documentation, communication and escalation per hotel procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field (advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of hotel operations experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Previous experience as a Night Manager or Duty Manager in an international hotel (advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Front Office, Rooms Division and hotel night operations.
• Flexible to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays based on business requirements.
