Night Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Join the Hilton team as a Night Manager (Arabic Speaker) and lead the overnight operations of a premier waterfront hotel. You will ensure seamless service, guest satisfaction and uphold Hilton brand standards throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the hotel’s overnight operation as Manager on Duty, ensuring business continuity, guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Make operational decisions, handle issues, and escalate to the appropriate Head of Department or General Manager when required.
• Monitor performance throughout the shift and take corrective action to maintain Hilton Brand Standards and operational targets.
• Oversee guest satisfaction, service recovery and address complaints, feedback and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Review and control the Night Audit process, daily revenue, cash handling and operational reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor staffing and productivity, deploying team members effectively according to occupancy levels.
• Conduct inspections to maintain standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety and security.
• Lead emergency response, ensuring proper documentation, communication and escalation in line with hotel procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years of hotel operations experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Previous experience as a Night Manager or Duty Manager in an international hotel is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office, Rooms Division and night operations.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑department operations and make independent decisions.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
