Night Manager

About the role

Hyde Hotels is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead overnight hotel operations in Dubai. As the senior manager on duty, you will ensure smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and safety throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the Front Office and night team, acting as Manager on Duty.
• Oversee nightly audit, revenue reconciliation and cash handling.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and escalations professionally.
• Maintain safety and security, coordinating emergency responses.
• Manage night shift staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct property inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Identify revenue optimisation opportunities and support upselling initiatives.
• Provide coaching, feedback and professional development to night team members.
• Prepare comprehensive shift reports and handover documentation for day management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in night management or supervisory role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership, team management and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Exceptional guest service orientation and communication in English.
• Ability to make decisive decisions in fast‑paced environments.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating roster.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera).
• Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office expertise.
• Cash handling and financial reconciliation experience.
