About the role
As a Night Manager at the award‑winning Conrad Dubai, you will lead overnight operations, support your team and ensure every guest feels welcomed and reassured throughout the night.
Key responsibilities
- Lead overnight operations, coordinating departments to maintain service and guest comfort.
- Deliver thoughtful guest care for late arrivals, early departures and resolve concerns with discretion.
- Oversee the night audit, ensuring accurate posting, reconciliation and reporting of financial activity.
- Safeguard payment accuracy by reviewing credit‑card transactions and addressing discrepancies.
- Respond calmly to emergencies, coordinating incident response in line with hotel procedures.
- Guide and develop the team through duty allocation, performance monitoring and coaching.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Integrity and sound judgement in handling guest and financial matters.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and accountability.
- Ability to act with urgency and maintain composure under pressure.
