Obstetrics & Gynecology Consultant – Women's Health Lead, Dubai

About the role

A leading healthcare organization in Dubai is recruiting an American Board-certified OB/GYN consultant to lead its women's health service in a state-of-the-art facility. The consultant provides high-quality, compassionate care to women of all ages, from pregnancy through menopause.

Key responsibilities

• Provide routine check-ups, screenings and management of common gynecological conditions such as endometriosis, pelvic pain and irregular periods
• Deliver babies, perform Caesarean sections and provide postnatal care to mothers and babies
• Offer prenatal care including ultrasounds, blood tests and genetic counseling
• Develop treatment plans for complex gynecological conditions and perform surgery when necessary
• Educate patients on reproductive health and family planning, including contraception and fertility treatments
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and stay up to date with advances in the field through continued education

Required profile

• Medical degree from an accredited university
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Consultant OB/GYN, with at least 3 years in the UAE or GCC
• American Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid DHA or MOH license as a Consultant OB/GYN
• Western education or training
