About the role
We are seeking a proactive Office Assistant to join our Dubai office for a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role serves as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring smooth daily operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, mail, and packages.
- Oversee visitor registration, issue badges, and coordinate with security procedures.
- Provide administrative support such as appointment scheduling and phone management.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital documents, and control key issuance.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with office projects, data entry, and system updates.
- Act as First Aid responder and Fire Marshall during emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, health, safety, and security regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a receptionist, office assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- First Aid or Fire Marshall certification is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
