Office Manager - Dubai

About the role

Trimble, a global technology company connecting the physical and digital worlds, is looking for an energetic Office Manager to run its daily operations and keep its Dubai team connected and thriving. The role acts as the vital link between Dubai operations and global teams, creating a seamless, welcoming workplace. It is based onsite at the DIC in Dubai, with minimal travel.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate a safe, inspiring and fully compliant workplace while managing daily facility needs, vendor relationships and operating budgets.
• Steer core operational compliance, ensuring timely renewals of trade licenses, establishment cards, registrations and official corporate documentation.
• Coordinate end-to-end local employee support, including visa processing, onboarding access cards and health care renewals.
• Build community by planning team events, holiday gatherings and shared cultural celebrations.
• Serve as the primary regional partner collaborating with global People Experience, Facilities and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Proven background in office management, facilities coordination or a comprehensive administrative role.
• Demonstrated organisational capability and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, respectful communication skills with experience supporting diverse teams and managing third-party vendors.
• Track record of handling confidential documents, visa applications and administrative expenses with discretion.
• Bonus points: experience with UAE government portals, free zone procedures (DIC) and local visa administration; familiarity with multinational reporting structures; hands-on experience coordinating corporate travel, group logistics and team-building events.
