About the role
This part‑time hybrid position is based in Dubai and supports the daily operations of JMI Brokers’ office. The Office Manager will ensure smooth administrative processes, manage office equipment and provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain an efficient workplace.
- Provide administrative support, including schedule coordination and record keeping.
- Manage office equipment and ensure tools and systems function properly.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners, handling customer service inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and support hybrid work arrangements.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Prior experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within DIFC or ADGM.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience handling office equipment.
