About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Office Secretary to support our back‑office operations. The position focuses on internal coordination, documentation and reporting, and does not involve direct customer interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and format professional documents, reports and correspondence using Microsoft Word.
- Create advanced Excel reports, dashboards and perform data analysis with formulas, charts and pivot tables.
- Design high‑quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and management use.
- Maintain and organise company records, files and documentation systems.
- Handle data entry, reporting and administrative tracking tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and structure information.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and confidentiality of all documents.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Office Secretary, Administrative Assistant or Back Office Executive.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic (required).
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
