Offplan Property Consultant – Multilingual (Russian, Chinese, French, Spanish, Arabic)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Offplan Property Consultant to join our elite sales team on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on selling high‑value off‑plan projects to an international clientele and requires fluency in multiple languages.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads from pre‑qualified company‑provided sources.
• Present off‑plan properties to prospective buyers and guide them through the sales process.
• Coordinate with the marketing and back‑office teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Participate in international property roadshows and events in markets such as the UK, Russia, China, and Turkey.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury real‑estate sales or a related commercial role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and obtain a UAE work visa.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high‑performing team.
