Off‑Plan Sales Team Leader

About the role

MARE Properties is seeking an experienced leader to build and manage an off‑plan sales team in Dubai. You will drive performance, close high‑value deals and represent the brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and grow a team of off‑plan sales agents.
• Set targets, monitor daily activity and ensure team hits performance goals.
• Close high‑value off‑plan transactions with top developers.
• Guide clients from enquiry through booking, SPA and handover.
• Maintain strong relationships with developer sales teams and investors.

Required profile

• Proven Dubai off‑plan sales experience.
• Track record of leading and motivating a sales team.
• Ability to bring at least five agents to join MARE.
• Target‑driven, results‑focused and professional attitude.
• Valid UAE driving licence; all nationalities welcome.
