Sales Director – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a strong, highly disciplined and results‑driven Sales Director to lead our sales division in Dubai’s real‑estate market. The role involves managing Sales Managers and their teams, driving performance, and maintaining key developer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Sales Managers and their respective teams.
• Set, monitor and review KPIs, targets, pipelines and sales performance.
• Conduct regular sales training, coaching and performance reviews.
• Arrange developer briefings, project launches and training sessions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with Dubai’s leading developers.
• Report sales performance, forecasts and KPIs to senior management.
• Develop and execute strategies to consistently achieve company sales targets.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of proven experience as a Sales Director in Dubai real estate.
• Strong existing relationships with major Dubai developers.
• Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate and off‑plan market.
• Proven track record managing Sales Managers and large sales teams.
• Authoritative, disciplined leadership style with a focus on accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
