Sales Director – Real Estate Development

About the role

The company is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead its real estate development sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate brings over a decade of experience in the UAE property market, a strong network of high‑net‑worth clients, and a proven ability to close high‑value transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
• Manage, mentor and scale a high‑performing team of real‑estate sales professionals, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNW clients, brokers, agents and international partners to generate leads and close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns, oversee the full sales cycle, and ensure effective use of CRM systems.
• Analyze competitor activity, market trends and pricing to maintain a competitive position.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a real‑estate development company.
• Demonstrated track record of leading large sales teams and delivering high‑value real‑estate transactions.
• Deep knowledge of the off‑plan real‑estate market in the UAE.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
