Onboarding Specialist

About the role

The Onboarding Specialist will train and integrate new Dealers, Shufflers, and TV Presenters, ensuring they meet ARRISE’s standards for procedures, customer service, and professional appearance. You will lead workshops, give feedback, and work closely with management to support employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with internal clients and contribute to company development.
• Organise and deliver workshop courses for Dealers, Shufflers and TV Presenters.
• Train employees on gambling procedures, specifications and customer‑service skills.
• Assign responsibilities to new staff and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Educate staff on visual‑image standards (hair, makeup, nails, etc.).
• Provide feedback to employees and management.
• Coordinate with Shift Managers, Team Managers and other departments to identify individual training needs.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma (university degree is a plus).
• At least 12 months experience as a Gameshow Host at Pragmatic Play.
• Over 97% positive evaluations in the last six months.
• No disciplinary actions and outstanding attendance record.
• Calm communication, self‑control and ability to work with diverse personalities and cultures.
