Operations Executive – Company Formation

About the role

The Operations Executive will support the day‑to‑day activities of company formation, licensing and PRO services for clients in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth coordination between clients, government authorities and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in establishing Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore companies, advising on appropriate legal structures.
• Prepare and submit all documentation required for company formation, trade licence issuance and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison with DED, Free Zone authorities, Immigration and Labour Ministry to obtain approvals and licences.
• Manage residency visa, work permit and related employee documentation, coordinating with GDRFA and Ministry of Labour.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, providing updates and handling queries throughout the setup process.
• Ensure accurate preparation, filing and archiving of formation documents such as Articles of Association, shareholder agreements and trade licences.

Required profile

• Experience handling business setup, licensing or PRO services within the UAE.
• Familiarity with UAE government procedures and regulatory requirements for company formation.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills.
