Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive is responsible for managing company incorporations, amendments, labour and immigration applications, as well as client proposal and banking preparation. The role ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Police, Economic Department, Chamber of Commerce and other government bodies for timely operational tasks.
• Prepare and execute company amendments, incorporations and related government applications accurately.
• Prepare banking documentation and support clients in meetings with banking representatives.
• Maintain CRM, KYC and AML records up‑to‑date for all client projects.
• Enter expiry reminders for licences, visas, passports and compliance lodgments into the CRM system.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Compliance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in corporate or professional services within the UAE or KSA.
• Proven record in operations, project management and customer support.
• Knowledge of UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
• Advanced MS Office skills.
