About the role
Transbay Logistics LLC is looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily logistics activities at its JAFZA hub in Dubai. The role involves coordinating land, sea and air freight, ensuring shipments are executed smoothly and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations and shipment execution.
- Coordinate land, sea and air freight activities with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Monitor shipment progress, resolve operational issues and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of logistics operations experience in the UAE.
- Hands‑on knowledge of land, sea and air freight processes.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and join immediately.
