Operations Lead – Amazon Now (Dubai)

About the role

Amazon Now is building a new fast‑delivery service across the MENA region. As an Operations Lead in Dubai you will drive the daily performance of one or several store sites, ensuring the team meets customer‑facing metrics while maintaining safety, quality and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end operations for large or multiple small sites, supervising store activities.
• Monitor and improve customer‑facing metrics, cost efficiency, safety and team morale.
• Drive performance management, coaching, reporting and feedback for on‑site and on‑road associates.
• Design and deliver training and development plans for team members.
• Continuously improve processes and achieve sustained performance gains.
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits to maintain operational standards.
• Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
• Strong people‑management abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• 1‑3 years of experience leading a process and a team.
