Operations Manager – Fashion & Luxury Boutique

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead all back‑office functions for Chanel’s Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry twin boutique at Mall of the Emirates. Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will ensure smooth inventory, maintenance, after‑sales, cash, administration and security processes while supporting the boutique’s commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the back‑office team covering stock, after‑sales, cash and administration.
• Align team activities with Chanel’s brand strategy and commercial objectives.
• Monitor and analyse boutique performance, KPIs, sell‑through and slow‑moving items.
• Provide regular business insights and action plans to the Boutique Director.
• Collaborate with boutique management, buying, store planning and external partners such as security and suppliers.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for luxury fashion.
• Organised, curious and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to motivate and evaluate staff through appraisals and follow‑ups.

Required skills

• Experience in inventory, cash and after‑sales management.
• Proficiency in KPI analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of luxury retail operations and back‑office processes.
