About the role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise our company’s day‑to‑day activities. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape operational strategy, drive growth, and ensure high performance across all departments.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement business operations aligned with company goals and strategic direction.
- Oversee daily activities of HR, Finance, IT, Administration and other executive teams.
- Set comprehensive performance and growth targets.
- Establish policies and procedures that reinforce company culture and vision.
- Analyse performance data and metrics to evaluate company results.
- Lead and motivate employees to achieve maximum performance.
- Assist the CEO with fundraising, investor relations, and expansion initiatives.
- Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations.
- Identify and implement continuous‑improvement projects across departments.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a comparable executive leadership role.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, budgeting and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams and large‑scale operations.
- High integrity, dependability and a results‑oriented mindset.
