About the role
BAA & Partners is seeking a part‑time Executive Assistant to join its Dubai team. This hybrid position offers flexibility to work remotely while supporting senior executives in a fast‑moving aviation consulting environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and process expense reports accurately and timely.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Facilitate internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership.
- Act as a primary point of contact to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Provide high‑level administrative support to enhance executive productivity.
Required profile
- Proven experience in executive administrative assistance and expense reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to support senior executives in a high‑pressure setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time‑management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, proactive attitude with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency with office productivity software and scheduling tools.
