About the role
Nexora HR Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse with eye‑hospital experience to join an Operating Theatre in Dubai. The role involves supporting surgeons during ophthalmic procedures and ensuring a sterile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist surgeons during cataract, retina and other surgical procedures.
- Prepare the operating theatre, instruments and sterile field.
- Provide patient care before, during and after surgery.
- Maintain infection‑control standards and coordinate with the surgical team.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing registration.
- Previous experience in an eye hospital, especially in the Operating Room.
- Hands‑on experience assisting in cataract and retina surgeries.
