Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to lead implementations, provide ongoing support, and drive continuous improvement of finance solutions across our global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion ERP Finance implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, data migration and deployment.
• Analyse business requirements, recommend standard Oracle functionality, and minimise customisations.
• Provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT, DBA and Oracle Support teams.
• Manage CRP, UAT, training, and change‑management activities while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities for finance processes, reporting and integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Oracle Finance experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Tax, Expenses, Advanced Collections, Lease Management).
• Proven ability to work independently with business stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
