Organizational Development & Workforce Management Specialist

About the role

The Organizational Development & Workforce Management Specialist will lead the design and execution of OD frameworks, competency models, and performance management systems across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders to drive change initiatives and support strategic workforce planning, including Emiratization targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational development frameworks, competency models, and performance management processes.
• Lead change management initiatives that enable transformation programs.
• Design and execute workforce planning strategies, with a focus on Emiratization.
• Conduct workforce analytics, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on OD and workforce matters.
• Create dashboards and reports using HR analytics tools to provide data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in organizational development and workforce management.
• Prior experience in a Big‑4 or leading HR consulting firm is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and workforce regulations.
• Experience working in UAE‑based, preferably government or semi‑government, organizations.
• Proven track record in organizational design, workforce planning and change management.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
