Outlet Manager (Arabic Speaker) - Pre-Opening

About the role

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences is looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Outlet Manager to lead the pre-opening and launch of a brand-new dining destination. The role suits a dynamic hospitality professional who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences, building high-performing teams and bringing innovative restaurant concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all pre-opening activities, including recruitment, training, SOP implementation and operational setup.
• Drive a seamless outlet launch and establish a strong service culture from day one.
• Manage daily operations while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Develop and mentor a passionate team committed to excellence.
• Partner with Culinary, Marketing and other departments to position the outlet for success.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, hygiene and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Previous luxury hotel or standalone restaurant management experience.
• Proven pre-opening experience in restaurants or F&B outlets.
• Strong leadership, organizational and commercial acumen.
• Passion for innovation, guest engagement and team development.
