Paid Ads Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

Medetone, a fast‑growing online pharmacy, is seeking a confident Paid Ads Manager to lead its digital advertising efforts in Dubai. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms to drive customer acquisition and boost brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Performance Max, Google Merchant Centre, Meta, TikTok and other relevant networks.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve ad relevance and performance.
• Set up and maintain Google Merchant Centre accounts for e‑commerce advertising.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign metrics continuously to maximise ROI.
• Develop and run A/B tests for ads, landing pages and audience segments.
• Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns to ensure cost‑efficiency.
• Report on performance, provide actionable insights and collaborate with marketing, design and content teams.
• Ensure all ads comply with platform policies and healthcare advertising regulations.

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive optimisation.
• Self‑starter capable of handling several campaigns simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver with a solid understanding of digital marketing best practices.
