Paid Media Creative Designer

About the role

Bybit is looking for a Paid Media Creative Designer to craft high‑impact visual assets for its global advertising campaigns. You will work closely with media buyers and marketing teams to produce performance‑driven creatives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for paid media campaigns on TikTok, Google, Meta, X, DSP, affiliates and other platforms.
• Produce short videos, static banners, social ads and other performance‑focused creatives.
• Collaborate with Media Buyers to iterate designs based on A/B testing and campaign performance.
• Design and optimize App Store and Google Play store assets, including screenshots and promotional graphics.
• Adapt and localise creatives for different markets and audiences.
• Leverage AI tools to generate, optimise and scale creative assets efficiently.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in digital advertising or performance creative design.
• Hands‑on experience designing App Store and Google Play store pages/assets.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA and ROI.
• Ability to deliver multiple creative variations for testing in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience using AI tools for image and video generation.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills (optional but a plus).
