About the role
This six‑month, paid part‑time programme offers Emirati talent a hands‑on introduction to the insurance industry. Participants will split their time between structured technical training and real‑world workplace exposure at Orient Insurance in Dubai Festival City.
Key responsibilities
- Attend industry‑led technical training sessions.
- Rotate across different business functions to gain cross‑functional insight.
- Develop professional workplace skills through mentorship and project work.
- Collaborate with experienced insurance professionals on day‑to‑day tasks.
Required profile
- UAE national.
- High school graduate (not currently enrolled), diploma student, university student, or fresh graduate (not employed).
- Motivated to start a career in insurance and willing to commit 4 hours per day, Monday‑Friday.
