Paid User Operations Intern - TikTok LIVE

About the role

TikTok is looking for a paid User Operations intern for its LIVE team in Dubai, starting in 2027. The LIVE team covers content strategy, monetisation, gifting, features, data analysis, creator education, campaigns and support for agencies, aiming to make TikTok LIVE a fun and safe space for users. The internship gives students hands-on experience, industry exposure and access to social events, learning programs and development workshops with industry professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day VIP user operation inquiries and support
• Conduct NPS research and surveys for paid/VIP users
• Provide VIP user care, including gift distribution, feedback follow-up and related engagement activities
• Analyse content to deepen understanding of paid users and generate actionable insights
• Carry out daily data monitoring to support the team's operations and reporting

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media or a data-related discipline
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong oral and written skills in both, to collaborate with global markets and Arabic-speaking stakeholders
• Strong interest in user operations, community building and the live-streaming/social media industry
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
• Familiarity with TikTok LIVE or other live-streaming platforms, and deep understanding of MENA/SA cultural nuances and local user preferences
