Parent Relations Executive

About the role

The Parent Relations Executive will champion the school’s purpose, principles, practices and values, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all families. This role blends community engagement, administrative oversight, and direct support for parents and students.

Key responsibilities

• Model the school’s ethos and implement parent‑relations strategies.
• Organise and support social, networking and community events.
• Conduct school tours, open days and promotional activities to aid enrolment.
• Track and coordinate events that require parental involvement.
• Maintain transparent communication with parents and address enquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with pastoral and safeguarding teams to support educational or behavioural concerns.
• Record all parent and student interactions in the CRM system, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Coordinate induction sessions for new families and support drop‑off/pick‑up logistics.
• Collect and analyse parent feedback, conduct exit interviews and prepare regular reports.
• Provide administrative support to the admissions team and act as line manager for reception staff.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in customer relations or service (minimum two years).
• Strong administrative, multitasking and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative problem‑solving and ability to handle confidential information.
• Understanding of local culture, educational systems and safeguarding practices.
• UAE nationals with experience engaging VIP stakeholders are preferred.
