About the role

We are seeking a proactive Part-Time Marketing Specialist to support the global marketing initiatives of a fast‑growing HealthTech company that delivers AI‑ and VR‑powered diagnostic solutions. The role bridges the business and external agencies, ensuring campaigns align with commercial goals and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies and creative partners.
• Manage agency deliverables, timelines, campaigns, and performance expectations.
• Review and provide feedback on marketing content, creative assets, and messaging.
• Support planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives across website, social media, email, and content channels.
• Coordinate SEO, paid media, social media, and digital campaign activities.
• Develop marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
• Assist with product launches, webinars, and thought‑leadership events.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and offer actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience coordinating external agencies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution for B2B health technology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align marketing activities with business objectives.
