Part-Time Marketing Specialist – Middle East

About the role

Our client in the hospitality management education industry is seeking a part‑time Marketing Specialist to lead marketing strategy and execution for the Middle East, focusing on the UAE and KSA. The role will drive digital and offline campaigns to support student recruitment for a Bachelor program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to support student recruitment and program growth in Middle East markets.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, paid media and events.
• Define and execute digital marketing plans to drive traffic, engagement and lead conversions.
• Monitor and optimise the marketing funnel from lead generation through enrollment.
• Collaborate with recruitment officers and manage offline and online sales assets.
• Manage weekly reviews with agencies and provide monthly reporting to stakeholders.
• Support branding and storytelling initiatives showcasing excellence in hospitality education.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (Master’s a plus).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar marketing position.
• Deep understanding of the Middle East international education market and communication channels.
• Experience with digital advertising, paid social media and SEM within a Western organisation operating in the Middle East.
• Fluent English and strong organisational and teamwork skills.
