Partner and Customer Enablement Lead

About the role

This role sits within a global Training & Support function, leading enablement, coaching, training and quality assurance for partners and software users, with a focus on low‑ and middle‑income countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding, enablement and in‑country software user training using digital and non‑digital learning assets.
• Coach and develop core teams, lead trainers and Partner‑as‑Trainer representatives to deliver independent training.
• Quality‑assure Train‑the‑Trainer and cascade models through observation, remote monitoring and data‑informed feedback.
• Participate in programme design workshops, configure software to operational designs and validate workflows.
• Own software adoption outcomes by monitoring usage, engagement and programme indicators and intervene as needed.
• Manage partner queries, tickets and enhancement requests, ensuring first‑line resolution within SLAs.
• Maintain enablement plans, timelines and progress using structured project‑management tools.

Required profile

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience as a teacher, trainer or facilitator.
• Experience training teams remotely in low‑ and middle‑income countries.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration processes and customer adoption.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and communication skills, able to adapt to varied literacy and cultural contexts.
• High personal ownership, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed environment.

Required skills

• Software configuration and data‑informed quality management.
• Experience with Train‑the‑Trainer or cascade training models.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms such as LMS or in‑app learning environments.
