Partner Operations Associate – 2‑Wheeler

About the role

As a Partner Operations Associate for the 2‑Wheeler business, you will own the experience and performance of Porter’s rider partners in the UAE. You will combine analytical insight with operational rigor to drive partner utilization, retention, and overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage partners through regular calls and follow‑ups to improve online availability.
• Drive partner login hours, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Monitor fleet‑level performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Track and improve fulfilment rate, service level adherence, and ETA vs. ATA accuracy.
• Conduct partner and vendor surveys to surface insights and improvement areas.
• Identify top ticketing issues and collaborate with central teams for resolution.
• Resolve cases, recommend SLA improvements, and ensure compliance with city‑level policies and regulations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or vendor management (aggregator background preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
