Sales Manager – Drive Performance & Team Success

About the role

We are building a pool of talented Sales Managers for future opportunities across the UAE. As a Sales Manager you will own the sales performance of an assigned portfolio, leading and developing the team to achieve commercial and operational targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day performance of the sales team to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Execute sales strategies and business plans to achieve operational objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members to strengthen performance and support growth.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales journey and resolve escalated concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience, including 2‑3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of financial principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with computer applications: spreadsheets, word processing, presentations and database management.
