About the role
We are looking for a proactive Receptionist / Workplace Coordinator to join our Dubai office on a part‑time, contract basis. You will create a professional and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and partners while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls and inquiries.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, schedule appointments, and support facilities operations.
- Maintain office supplies, process mail, and liaise with vendors and building management.
- Oversee access badge issuance and ensure office readiness.
- Support basic administrative tasks and act as a point of contact for office‑related issues.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in reception, office administration, or workplace coordination.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service mindset.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
