Total Rewards Analyst – Group HR

About the role

The Total Rewards Analyst supports the Group HR Total Rewards team by delivering advanced analytics, digital tools and AI‑enabled models to drive data‑based decisions on compensation, equity and cost forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy analytics solutions, dashboards and predictive models for pay equity analysis and attrition‑linked cost forecasting using Power BI or Tableau.
• Build and improve digital data infrastructures, support salary survey processes and ensure accurate market data collection.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations on salary increases, promotions and recruitment proposals, maintaining automated benchmarking tools.
• Support organizational design initiatives using HAY methodology and assist with Total Rewards integration during acquisitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Rewards or HR analytics.
• Working knowledge of HRIS/HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including complex formulas, macros and VBA.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools in HR, such as RPA and generative AI applications.
