Senior Manager - Total Rewards

About the role

The Senior Manager – Total Rewards leads the Total Rewards function within Al Futtaim Group’s Centre of Excellence, translating group‑wide reward frameworks into locally relevant practices that support talent attraction, retention and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and administer group salary structures, grading frameworks and pay ranges across divisions, ensuring internal equity with less than 5% anomalies.
• Execute end‑to‑end annual salary review, promotion and bonus cycles, delivering 100% audit‑compliant outputs and timely reporting.
• Manage benefits renewal, vendor relationships and day‑to‑day administration while ensuring 100% labour‑law compliance.
• Provide strategic Total Rewards advisory to HR business partners and business leaders, influencing over 90% of material people‑related decisions.
• Generate divisional analytics on compensation effectiveness, conduct pay equity and gender parity analyses biannually, and maintain HRIS data accuracy above 98%.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive Total Rewards/HR experience in multi‑country operations, preferably supporting 8,000+ employees.
• Professional certifications such as GRP or CCP are an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration and pay‑cycle management.
• Proficiency in SAP HR, SuccessFactors, advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use analytics dashboards and reporting tools for data‑driven decision making.
