About the role
SellThru, the region's first client-side agency offering performance marketing, SEO, LLM SEO, CRM, marketing automation, web development and MarTech services, is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager (Arabic speaker) in Dubai. The role manages a client portfolio so that clients can improve their online and offline presence, with an immediate start.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio and help clients improve their online and offline presence
- Run campaigns across paid search and paid social
- Develop strategies based on strong analytical ability to improve client business results
- Contribute to business growth by building and maintaining long-term client relationships for the agency
Required profile
- 3-6 years of experience
- Previous experience managing medium to large clients across several verticals
- Agency or client-side performance marketing background preferred; MENA market knowledge is a plus
Required skills
- Paid media strategy and campaign optimisation
- AI-driven bidding and audience segmentation
- GA4 and platform analytics
- Client management
