Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Asset Homes International Properties is hiring a highly technical, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager in Dubai to own its paid acquisition, tracking, attribution and lead-generation ecosystem. The role goes beyond campaign management: it requires understanding the technology behind performance marketing and turning data into measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across objectives, funnels and audiences
• Build and manage lead-generation funnels from ad through landing page to CRM and sales conversion
• Segment audiences, run retargeting, lookalike audiences and funnel-based targeting
• Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Maintain UTM structures, event and conversion tracking, and track lead quality, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, cost per qualified lead and ROAS/ROIB
• Build attribution and reporting across channels, integrate ad platforms with CRM, lead distribution and automation tools, and track the full lead journey
• Optimize campaigns based on actual sales outcomes, build automated dashboards (Looker Studio / Power BI), run A/B tests and monitor tracking accuracy and attribution gaps
• Work with sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality, speed-to-lead and conversion, and manage advertising budgets with a focus on scalability and ROIT

Required profile

• Experience in the real estate industry preferred
• Understanding of webhooks, APIs and marketing automation is a strong advantage

• GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API
• UTM and attribution frameworks, CRM and API integrations, lead routing and automation
• Looker Studio / Power BI, advanced Excel / Google Sheets reporting
• Landing page and funnel optimization, A/B testing and CRO
