Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/x) Middle East

About the role

seca, a precision medical measuring and weighing system manufacturer, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/x) Middle East based in Dubai. The role takes ownership of hands-on performance marketing and lead generation, with a focus on generating qualified leads and supporting sales growth. You will plan, launch and optimize digital campaigns, manage performance through data and work closely with the local Sales team and HQ Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Drive qualified lead generation and customer acquisition using HubSpot and targeted digital marketing initiatives.
• Plan, set up, manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on conversions, lead quality and ROI.
• Work with Sales and HQ Marketing to localize global campaigns and develop multi-channel activities for the Middle East market.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign and customer data and turn insights into optimization measures.
• Use HubSpot for lead management, automation and nurturing, working with Sales to turn leads into business opportunities.
• Organize local events, webinars and conferences and support joint marketing activities with B2B customers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally with a strong focus on performance marketing and lead generation.
• Data-driven mindset and strong understanding of conversion, campaign performance and ROI.
• Experience working closely with Sales and turning business objectives into effective marketing activities.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and hands-on approach, with strong organizational skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
