Performance Marketing Specialist (Real Estate)

About the role

A Performance Marketing Specialist is needed to run paid campaigns and support the digital side of marketing: CRM communications, website upkeep, tracking and reporting. The role works closely with the marketing and sales teams and directly affects lead quality and campaign results.

Key responsibilities

• Paid advertising: plan, launch and manage campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other channels, define audiences and budgets, test creatives and landing pages with A/B tests, and optimise based on performance and sales feedback.
• CRM marketing: run email campaigns and automated flows such as lead nurturing and re-engagement, manage WhatsApp Business API broadcasts, and track engagement and conversions.
• Website support: keep pages up to date, build and launch template-based landing pages, ensure they work on all devices, and coordinate with designers and developers.
• Technical support: manage domains and DNS, set up and maintain pixels, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion events and UTM parameters, and fix tracking issues.
• Reporting: prepare weekly, monthly and per-campaign reports on spend, leads, cost per lead and conversion rates, present findings and recommend budget adjustments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing in real estate.
• Ability to organise processes end to end, take a results-driven approach, stay active in a fast-paced environment and work well as part of a team.
