About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position supports the Line Manager in a fast‑paced media and production environment in Dubai. The role blends personal assistance, office administration, media operations coordination, and basic finance/procurement tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the C‑level executive’s calendar, travel, and day‑to‑day office operations.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations and maintain filing systems.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, Purchasing and Social Media teams to ensure smooth cross‑departmental workflows.
- Support media production activities, including equipment inventory, YouTube/video uploads and event interview scheduling.
- Create and track IT support tickets for media‑related requirements.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate and procure vendors; maintain quotations, invoices and payment tracking.
- Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations and media vendor invoice management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in media/production operations or office administration.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Strong organisational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
