Personal Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to join our Dubai team at Project Reshape. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support senior executives by handling a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive diaries, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Organise travel arrangements, prepare itineraries and handle related logistics.
• Maintain filing systems, process correspondence and perform general clerical duties.
• Facilitate internal communications and streamline workflow between departments.
• Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in personal or executive assistance, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and multitask under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using scheduling and calendar management software.
